Refund & Return Policy

Othos strives to provide quality customer service as well as top quality products. If you are unsatisfied with your product(s), we are happy to refund the purchase amount with receipt or proof of purchase, once the item(s) you are unsatisfied with have been sent back to us. The cost of the return label WILL be subtracted from the refund amount. Any candle that is burned more than 75% will NOT receive a refund. If a receipt or proof of purchase cannot be provided, we will be unable to process a refund.
