Refund & Return Policy
Othos strives to provide quality customer service as well as top quality products. If you are unsatisfied with your product(s), we are happy to offer a full refund with receipt or proof of purchase, once the item you are unsatisfied with has been sent back to us. Any candle that is burned more than 75% will NOT receive a refund. The cost of the return shipping label will be subtracted from the refund amount. If a receipt or proof of purchase cannot be provided, we will be unable to process a refund.
